On March 28, Sichuan International Studies University held a successful Spring Job Fair for its 2025 graduates. The event drew nearly 200 employers to the SISU campus, offering over 6,000 job opportunities across diverse sectors including international manufacturing, e-commerce, finance, and education. This served as a vital bridge, connecting graduating students with potential employers.
A wide array of companies participated, showcasing a blend of international and local opportunities. Notable attendees included Xiamen C&D Corporation Limited, Shenzhen TeFa Information Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhongjiang Overseas Import and Export Co., Ltd., Dafy Information Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., Appen Data Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Ningbo Kaiyue International Trade Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Grand Ocean Logistics Co., Ltd.
"SISU students are known for their strong academic foundations, excellent language skills, and practical experience," shared a recruitment representative from Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd. "They consistently perform well within our company, and we look forward to building a lasting partnership with the university."
Many graduates left the event feeling rewarded. Li, a 2025 Business English major, shared, “With so many companies and job openings at the fair, I felt well-prepared thanks to the university’s career guidance sessions. They gave me the confidence to polish my resume and ace my interviews, bringing me closer to my dream job.”
Some junior students also seized the opportunity, engaging with employers and submitting resumes to land internships or future job prospects. Many positions tied into the “Belt and Road” initiative, aligning closely with the career goals of numerous attendees.
During the event, university leaders, including Party Secretary Zou Yu, President Dong Hongchuan, and Vice President Yang Guoxiang, mingled with employers alongside department heads, college leaders, and graduate counselors. They held in-depth conversations with company representatives, gaining insights into industry trends and talent needs while offering encouragement and career advice to students.
