On October 18, the 2025 Fall Job Fair, themed "Connecting the World with Languages, Creating Future Careers," was successfully held at Sichuan International Studies University (SISU).

This year’s job fair attracted nearly 200 employers from 18 industries, including international manufacturing, retail, finance, and information technology services, with plans to recruit a total of 5,836 candidates. Notable participating companies included China Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Bureau No. 14 Co., Ltd., iFLYTEK Co., Ltd., Sunlen Supply Chain Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Deloitte Huachen Business Services Co., Ltd.

Amidst a growing trend of international expansion among domestic enterprises, demand for foreign language and international business talents is on the rise, as many leading firms seek to establish or expand operations in South America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and traditional markets such as Europe.

This year’s job fair featured a dedicated Chongqing Recruitment Zone, providing local companies with a focused platform to engage with SISU talent, aiming to attract more talents to boost regional economic development.

By the end of the event, nearly 3,000 students had participated, submitting over 5,000 resumes. Nearly 20 employers organized presentations and interviews during the afternoon session.

Lu Bo, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of SISU, attended the job fair, visiting employers and encouraging students to actively engage with employment opportunities. Heads of relevant departments, school leadership, and counselors were also present to assist employers and guide students in the application process.
