Shapingba District Marks Tree Planting Day

On March 10, to mark the 45th National Tree-Planting Day, children from local kindergartens, Party members, cadres of the Shapingba District government, workers from various local organizations, deputies to the Shapingba District People’s Congress, participated in a tree planting event organized by the Yubeilu township, Shapingba District.

The deputies, together with workers from enterprises and public institutions,volunteers and kindergarten children planted more than 180 osmanthus saplings, 50 crape myrtle saplings, and 10 unnamed trees.

Many saplings are decorated with environmental protection signs.

Party members are planting trees.
